DELIVERY TIME
Polyflex Calzature accepts orders and ships only in Italy.
We prepare your package within a maximum of 2 working days from receiving the order; at the end of preparation, the package leaves the Polyflex Calzature warehouse and is taken over by the courier. You will be informed with an e-mail containing the number or the link to track the status of the shipment, active from the next day. Remember to also check the Junk / Spam inbox; the courier delivers within 2 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays) throughout the national territory; for deliveries to islands and remote areas the delivery time is 4 working days; if you have not received your order within 2 working days of receiving the email with the tracking number, please contact our Customer Service.
You can always view the status of your order if you log in to your Reserved Area. If you have further doubts about the delivery, please contact Customer Service indicating the order reference number you received via e-mail and which you can view online in your Reserved Area.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are FREE for orders starting from € 50.00
- The shipping costs for Italy amount to: € 5.60 for orders of less than € 50.00;
- € 6.60 for orders of less than € 50.00 with destination islands and disadvantaged areas.
Shipping costs are at a fixed contribution and are calculated at checkout (cashier), in the final phase of the order, based on the total amount of the order. Your order is shipped at the discretion of Polyflex Calzature logistics with the best couriers to ensure the fastest possible delivery service.
